ENROLMENTS
Enrol at school – Department of Education
ACCOMPANIED DOCUMENTS REQUIRED:
- Your Child’s Birth certificate
- Citizenship Documents (if applicable)
- Proof of residence. eg. a utility bill or rental agreement with your name and address.
- Copies of Family Court orders for confirmation of proof of name or custody arrangements (if applicable)
- An Australian Immunisation Register (AIR) Immunisation History Statement not more than two months old
- An Australian Immunisation Register (AIR) Immunisation History Statement not more than two months old
- Documentation can be emailed to pingrup.ps@education.wa.edu.au or visit our office during school hours.
